one of the Oylmpic Player had dislocated his arm while lifting a 200+ kg of a huge dumb bell!!!

the scene was pretty scary, his arm had turned outwards. Man, it sure hurts. (ouch)

and a pretty funny thing happened during Ccd.

as usual, i was like walking all about in the classroom again

then Mrs Haris suddenly sugguested that maybe for one lesson
